Phoenix Mobile Home LLC is a family-owned, Arizona-licensed mobile home buying company based in Phoenix. We’re Matt and Becca, a local couple raising two boys who are 5th-generation Arizonans. Since opening in 2016, we’ve helped hundreds of Arizona families sell their mobile homes, and we’ve held an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and a State of Arizona Manufactured Housing Department license since 2017.

When you reach out to Phoenix Mobile Home, you won’t get a call center, a franchise, or an out-of-state investor. You’ll get Matt or Becca, the owners. We’re the ones who answer the phone, the ones who pull up to your home, and the ones who sit down at your kitchen table to talk through your options. From your first call to the day everything is signed, you’re working directly with the two of us.

We think that matters, especially in this business. You’re inviting someone into your home to talk about what is probably your biggest asset. You deserve to know exactly who’s coming.

Our Family: Five Generations of Arizona

We’re parents to two beautiful boys who are proud 5th-generation Arizonans. Think about that for a second: our family has called this state home for five generations. The desert sunsets, the summer monsoons, the smell of creosote after the rain. This is the only home we’ve ever known, and the only one we’d ever want.

When we’re not working, we’re usually doing one of two things: spending time with our parish family at St. Thomas the Apostle Church here in Phoenix, or piling the boys into the car to explore Arizona, from the red rocks of Sedona to the pines of the Mogollon Rim to the desert trails right here in the Valley.

So when we say we’re local, we don’t mean we have an office here. We mean this is our home, our church, our kids’ schools, and our neighbors. Our reputation in this community is everything to us, because we’re not going anywhere.

Why Did We Start Phoenix Mobile Home?

We opened Phoenix Mobile Home LLC in 2016 with a simple idea: build a business that lets us put our family first, and help other Arizona families do the same.

Since then, we’ve been blessed to help hundreds of families across the Valley. Folks dealing with an inherited mobile home, a park eviction notice, probate, a title problem, repairs they can’t afford, or simply a home they need to sell without months of stress.

We’ve sat with widows settling an estate. We’ve helped adult kids handle a parent’s home from three states away. We’ve worked with families staring down a park deadline who just needed someone honest to walk them through their options. Every situation is different, but our approach never changes: one family at a time, with respect, honesty, and compassion.

At heart, we’re problem solvers, and there’s nothing we love more than taking a heavy burden off someone’s shoulders and doing it fairly.

Yes, and we’d rather show you than just tell you.

We were both raised to believe your word is your bond, but you shouldn’t have to take a stranger’s word for anything. Here’s what you can verify for yourself:

• A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, the BBB’s highest rating, which we’ve worked hard to earn and maintain. You can look up our profile on the BBB website anytime.
• In business since 2016, nearly a decade of buying mobile homes across the Phoenix metro area under the same name, with the same two owners.

Plenty of people put out signs offering to buy mobile homes. Very few can show you a state license, an A+ BBB rating, and ten years of local history. We can, and we genuinely encourage you to look us up before you invite anyone to your home.

Is Selling to Us Right for Everyone?

Honestly? No, and we’ll tell you if it’s not.

We buy mobile homes directly, for cash, in any condition, with no commissions or fees. That’s the right fit for people who value speed, certainty, and simplicity, especially in situations like probate, park deadlines, or homes that need repairs.

But if your home is in great shape and you have plenty of time, listing it yourself might put more money in your pocket, and we’ll say so. When we’re not the best option, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction anyway. That’s how we’d want our own family treated, and it’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
