Phoenix Mobile Home Reviews

I wanted to sell my dad’s mobile home in Mesa and I live in a different state. They took care of the marketing, showings and sale of the mobile home. It was an easy transaction and it went smoothly without having to travel to Mesa.

I was afraid of not getting a reasonable deal on my house in Cordes Lakes because of the market in February 2026, but Matt and his team were straightforward, pleasant, honest and easy to deal with. Very glad I found him.

He literally called me within minutes of the email! Came in the next day and offered a great price and we sold within the week.

He made the process of selling our rental damaged and dilapidated mobile home easy. Fast, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He said what he would do and then did it.

Matt took the time to clearly explain the paperwork, the terms of the sale, and exactly how everything would work so there were no surprises. There was zero pressure, everything was straightforward, and he worked with me to make sure the agreement was fair for both sides.

I needed to sell a property fast because of a family emergency and not only was he compassionate, we found some middle ground quickly and he closed fast and communicated through the entire transaction.

He posted our mobile home for sale and we had two potential customers within 24 hours and sold the unit within 48 hours. We recently worked with another company with an exact opposite interaction.
