This past year, we were blessed to help a ton of Phoenix families. One family really stuck out… they had inherited a mobile home from their grandmother who passed away 6 years ago (the picture on the left…. Yes, that leak was over their bed). For the past 6 years, they slowly watched their home fall apart room by room till the point where they needed help ASAP. We have a couple of reasons… but they all come back to our core values. Yes, we are investors and entrepreneurs; however, at the end of the day, the most important thing in our lives is family. We first fell in love with mobile home investing when we realized that we could create an income for our family that allows us to spend more time together as a family. When we are not out helping our clients, we are at home enjoying family time or a hiking a Phoenix trail nearby.

Our Pledge To The Phoenix Community
We enjoy giving back to the Phoenix community to make this world a better place. We are very active inside our church, and hope to spread the message to the people we come in contact with various mobile home park communities.
Life after business, Matt would like to start a non-profit garden that donates all the food to local churches and food banks. In addition, Matt would like to start a youth mentoring program to give back to kids that need adult figures in their life.
Becca leads a life with a huge heart. She is very invested with the St. Thomas Church, and would love to start her own boutique clothing store someday.
